I have a few rules. Simply about, well, yourself.
1. There will be no lying to yourself
2. There will be no trying to make yourself be something that your not.
3. There will be no embarrassment about the truth.
4. There will be no covering up the truth.
And lastly, There will be friends. Starting with me.
